Exchanges + Returns
We will perform exchanges on defective or damaged merchandise unless caused during shipping or delivery. If an item is damaged during shipping, please follow up with the relevant shipping carrier.
In order to initiate an exchange, you must get authorization by sending an email to email@example.com with photos of the damaged product in question, the undamaged shipping materials, and a copy of your packing slip or order number.
Our supplier does not offer returns due to the custom-made nature of the products, and as a small startup we do not currently have a warehousing solution for accepting, processing, and re-circulating returned merchandise. Therefore unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for size/fit issues or buyer's remorse.
Please consult the size guide and any reviews before purchasing. If you believe there has been an error or misrepresentation of our products, please contact us and we will review issues on a case-by-case basis. Any return authorizations will be made at the sole discretion of Hashgear, LLC.
In the event of an exchange for a defective product or a specially authorized return (see above), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please email before returning to get confirmation that a return will be accepted.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
